I will be discussing the opportunities for color laser toner cartridges for remanufacturers and recyclers in India and why key players must master the new technologies. We will discuss the customer expectations in India and the difficulties and solutions various remanufacturers have developed to plan for rapid growth and enhanced profitability. We will also contrast the trends in the Indian market with the international scenario and outline the directions that successful remanufacturers must undertake to grab the lucrative outsourcing opportunities for power retailers establishing in India, and start contract manufacturing for global players wishing to reduce costs and diversify suppliers.

In addition, Nabers will guide you through quick, easy and cost-effective methods for remanufacturing the Samsung CLP 300 color cartridges. This process will be demonstrated using the latest patent-pending fixtures and tools that make remanufacturing this product highly profitable

Enhancing Shelf Life of Recycled Inkjet Cartridge

This class will discuss various cleaning methods, shelf life of inks, effects of filling and pressure and vacuum, use of clips, storage methods and precautions.

6-7pm Peter Payne - Static Control Components
Practical Applications of the Electrophotographic Process

In this class Static Control Components will present the basics of electrophotography used in monochrome and color laser cartridges. Attendees will learn cartridge theory and the function of each critical component. Understanding the seven steps of the electrophotographic process provides the foundation to improving remanufacturing processes and quality. Attendees will learn how to apply the principles learned to quickly troubleshoot cartridge defects.
