Europe Imaging Conference: Supplies Trends in EMEA

by Christina Kolb · Lyra Research · September 1, 2008 - page(s): 66-68
Lyra Research held its first-ever Lyra Europe Imaging Conference in Amsterdam on June 18 and 19. The conference, which featured presentations by Lyra analysts and industry experts and two panel discussions, focused on five main topics: office printing, wide-format and graphic arts printing, digital imaging consumables in the office, consumer imaging and digital photography, and environmental directions.

Industry speakers and panelists represented various facets of the hard copy industry and included printer OEMs such as Epson, HP, and Xerox; paper and specialty media companies and organizations such as Ilford Imaging, Felix Schoeller, and the Confederation of European Paper Industries (CEPI); aftermarket supplies vendor Embatex AG; office-products distributor Vasanta Group; and scanning software vendor X-Solutions.
