Metrofuser Expands, Opens Technology Center in New Jersey

ROSELLE, N.J. — Laser printer parts manufacturer Metrofuser opened a state-of-the-art technology center.
The technology center will serve as Metrofuser’s corporate headquarters and enhance the company’s ability to meet the technology planning, procurement and deployment needs of service companies and large enterprises throughout the country.

“With the expansion and exceptional performance of our sales team over the last three years, our market-share has more than doubled, and we simply outgrew the old facility,” said Ken Lang, director of sales at Metrofuser. “We were literally bursting at the seams there.”

The new location boasts three-times the current warehouse space and will enable Metrofuser to double its remanufacturing production. It will also will include the implementation and expansion of Metrofuser’s research and development, sales and customer service areas, and an expanded environmentally controlled production area. All production will take place in a carefully maintained, climate-controlled room, futher simplifying the task of maintaining the standards that Metrofuser has become known for.

“The expansion of our operations at our corporate headquarters in the east will enable us to significantly increase production and guarantee our ability to continue to support the rapid growth that we are experiencing in the west,” said Eric Katz, president and CFO of Metrofuser, “This expansion reinforces our commitment to our customers and partners on both coasts,” Katz said.

“We will continue to grow our business and invest heavily in our people, processes and facilities nationwide,” DeMuth said, “With our new expansion and training facilities on each coast, our customers will benefit from having the most comprehensive training and technical support available in the industry at their fingertips.”
In association with the move, Metrofuser has also retained the services of a remote data systems backup and recovery service in which all critical data is regularly backed up at a secure, remote site to ensure the integrity of its data and customer records.

To celebrate the office opening, Metrofuser will hold a special technology day on October 20.
The company’s management and members of its local sales and engineering teams will be on-hand to provide its customers, partners, and the interested public with tours, key technology updates, demonstrations and discussions.

Metrofuser remanufactures and distributes printer parts for HP and Lexmark laser printers. The company offers a broad array of laser printer products from its Eastern and Western distribution hubs including fusers, maintenance kits, boards, and paper handling assemblies.
