This annual certification, verified through an independent audit, emphasizes the importance of environmental responsibility, and verifies Kyocera Mita America’s commitment to establishing a strategic organizational framework and approach to environmental policy, plans and actions.
Kyocera Mita America values environmental preservation as a critical benchmark for corporate success and community leadership. Achieving and maintaining ISO 14001:2004 certification enables the organization to identify and control the environmental impact of its activities and products; allowing the Company to more effectively implement a systematic approach to setting environmental objectives and targets.

Kyocera Mita America’s North American Headquarters is audited every year along with a predetermined number of satellite locations. This year Kyocera Mita America’s Western Region, located in Irvine, CA, and Midwestern Region, Wood Dale, IL, participated in the surveillance audits.
