Ninestar Establishes New Firm
ZHUHAI, China — Ninestar, a leading global imaging consumables supplier and its subsidiary, Zhuhai Seine Technology Ltd., recently carried out a corporate reorganization to strengthen Ninestar’s market position. With the strategic investment of noted holding company, Legend Capital, and as a result of the increasing demand within the laser industry, Ninestar has established a new firm, Seine Image International Company Limited. As of last month, Seine Image will oversee Ninestar’s toner cartridge business.
