Kyocera Mita Introduces End-User Support Training

July 27, 2007
Kyocera Mita America announced the availability of end-user support training for the KM-5050, KM-4050, KM-3050, KM-C3232, KM-C3225 and KM-C2520 multifunctional products, through Kyocera’s online Learning Center.

To ensure that dealer’s customers benefit from the simplicity and user-friendly nature of Kyocera products, the Learning Center provides videos and PDFs of step-by-step instructions for a range of end-user tasks. These video links and PDFs can be used by the dealer organization, or can also be emailed to end-users looking for a solution quickly. Some of the tasks on the Learning Center include: how to load paper, replacing the toner, accessing the touch screen interface, to name a few.

“Kyocera is dedicated to providing top-notch service and support for its dealers as well as the end-users that work with our devices on a daily basis,” said Cadi Houck, associate director, education service for Kyocera Mita America. “The videos and PDFs give a comprehensive, yet easy to understand process on a number of topics. Dealers can use the end-user training as another option when educating their customers on Kyocera devices, and is perfectly suitable for any user’s skill level.”

For additional details on this exciting new service, dealers should visit KMAconnect.com. Additional modules and video links will be added in the future depending upon need or requests.
