Océ Imagistics introduced the Océ Imagistics im3530 and im4530, high-performance MFPs that are easy to connect, configure and grow with business demands. Built to improve communications, increase productivity and safeguard critical data, these MFPs with modular designs allow the user to decide which functions are ideal for their specific workgroup environment. At 35 and 45 ppm, the im3530 and im4530 are fully equipped with advanced technology including a wide range of enhanced document workflow based features such as scan to e-mail, scan to mailbox, scan to desktop or scan to an FTP site to capture, send and store documents. Reliable workhorses that ensure productivity levels remain high, the im3530 and im4530 are an outstanding value designed to provide a high return on investment.

Advanced Connectivity and Versatility
The im3530 and im4530’s modular design offers advanced technology and connectivity with the versatility to grow with business demands. With a standard Ethernet connection, the im3530 and im4530 can be print enabled, scan enabled, or both print and scan enabled depending on the customer’s needs. The browser-based print management utility makes it easy to manage the device and any incoming jobs on the network. Customers can even choose an optional 802.11g wireless LAN adapter or Bluetooth for wireless connectivity. The im3530 and im4530 support two 550-sheet paper drawers up to 11" x 17" with an optional 2,500-sheet large capacity drawer. The 50-sheet multi-position stapling option processes large copy and print jobs to deliver professionally finished results in-house. Additional output options include a multi-position staple finisher to create booklets or manuals and 2 or 3 hole punch.
Enhanced Security
The im3530 and the im4530 both offer a variety of features and options that allow the user to determine the level of security to suit their needs. HDD erase, data overwrite, encryption, password protection, and auto delete of secure print data are all available. Network authentication using LDAP and Active Directory support maintains control over device access while a copy/print log detailing date and time, paper size and number of pages and sets in the job offers full user reports.
