Ricoh Corp. introduced the Aficio SP C210SF, a desktop color laser multi-function product (MFP) designed to deliver optimum printing solutions for small offices and workgroups. Network ready and simple to operate, the Aficio SP C210SF offers full-color and monochrome printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities.
As the first desktop color laser MFP offered by Ricoh, the Aficio SP C210SF provides small offices and workgroups with technology that produces affordable, high-quality documents. The Aficio SP C210SF utilizes true 600-dpi color laser technology to generate clear, full-color prints at eight pages per minute (ppm) and 31 pages per minute black and white. With the Aficio SP C210SF, any space can be turned into a workspace – from workgroups of up to five people to an executive suite or home office that need quality prints at the push of a button.
Convenience is built into the Aficio SP C210SF. To make copying easier, the Aficio SP C210SF features an integrated scanner and simplified control panel that can process jobs up to legal size from the standard 35-sheet Automatic Document Feeder. The Aficio SP C210SF is equipped with Ricoh ControlCenter software that offers one-button shortcuts to easily produce editable text files without time-consuming and error-prone data re-entry. This desktop color laser MFP also offers TWAIN compliant scanning.
Additionally, the Aficio SP C210SF offers faxing flexibility by allowing users to fax hardcopy originals via the ADF or platen glass, or use the PC fax utility for paperless faxing. It also features a full suite of dialing, reception and transmission features as well as an Internet Fax capability to bypass telephone networks and associated per-call charges. An easy-to-use control panel allows users to quickly switch between fax, scan and copy modes.
