Katun Corporation announced that it has reached a definitive agreement with New Hampshire-based Nashua Corporation to acquire certain assets associated with Nashua’s toner and developer product line.
“Katun’s acquisition of assets related to Nashua’s toner and developer business is an exciting move for us as we continue to expand our range of products and services worldwide,” said Carlyle Singer, president and CEO of Katun. “This acquisition will allow us to continue to support our current customers while broadening Katun’s presence in the high-speed production print market. These toner and developer products will continue to be manufactured to the same standards of high quality for which Katun has been known for years, and we’re pleased to add them to our product line.”
The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to become final in March 2006. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
