KnowX to Offer Dun & Bradstreet Business Information Via the Internet
Atlanta, Ga. Corporate America's most widely used business reports are now available
via KnowX, the most comprehensive website offering public records and business and financial
background information to small businesses and consumers.
Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) reports, available via KnowX (www.knowx.com), contain information
on nearly 40 million businesses worldwide. Small businesses can use the information to quickly and
easily gather background information on companies that are under business consideration. The information
can also be used by consumers considering new employment opportunities to gain more information
before making a decision. "The addition of D&B records to KnowX is a real plus for small businesses
and consumers in need of business background information," said KnowX General Manager Jane Rafeedie.

The D&B Business Abstract offers a basic company overview, including business location, line
of business, sales, principal executive, corporate family association, and other applicable information
when available.
The D&B Business Information Report includes a company overview, history and operations,
credit rating and summary, PAYDEX(R) score and payment history, up to three years of financial
summaries, executive biographical information, and public filings, including UCCs, liens, judgments, lawsuits
and bankruptcies.
The Business Record utilizes D&B information to provide a company overview, history and
operations, and executive biographical information. This report d'es not include credit rating or other
payment information.
To access D&B records through KnowX, U.S. users will be required to register with a credit card
and comply with Dun & Bradstreet's online service agreement. KnowX charges customers a $1 search
fee, with an additional charge to purchase reports.
